In personal and spiritual growth, when it comes to resolving issues people often talk about “peeling the layers of the onion.” While it’s true that there are usually many layers to work through and heal, I am often able to not only provide insights about each layer but also get right to the core of the onion. What’s usually there is some kind of confusion, emotional wounding, self-judgment, and misunderstanding based on a conflicting event in childhood and/or a past life or series of past lives. Sometimes knowing and understanding what it’s about is enough to start the healing process. But usually deeper awareness and healing is necessary for full resolution. That part, or “aspect,” of you is literally stuck in time at the age the event occurred. It needs help and care at its level of understanding.
Drawing upon my Reiki and psychology-based trainings, I am able to telepathically talk with and offer healing energy to your aspects. Sessions are done by phone or Zoom. Please tell me your preference ahead of time.
It’s best to come to your session with your list of questions written down ahead of time. We’ll start with whichever one is most important to you at the time.
Most questions have several facets or layers to their answers. For instance, if you ask, “Why have I been unable to find a job that’s right for me?” there are likely several reasons. The answers usually come one at a time. Sometimes I’ll speak them as they come. Other times, I’m shown several things in sequence to give me a fuller picture of the situation before I start talking about the information I’m getting.
After I share an answer, ask me more about that answer. For instance, if you ask, “Why do I have trouble falling asleep at night?” I might first hear or see and say, “What’s coming to me is there’s someone in your life whose energy is affecting you in a stressful way, and you’re feeling it at night.” Then you may ask, “Who?” The answer to that may come to me as an image, type of relationship (like mother, son, coworker, etc.), or an actual name. If I don’t get very specific information at first, you can speak the names one at a time of who you know and I’ll be able to focus on each one until it’s clear who it is. Then you might ask, “Why is their energy affecting me this way?” As we peel away the layers and connect with each facet of the situation, you can ask me, “How do I resolve this?” or “How do I resolve this so that I can sleep better at night?”
Once everything has been answered about your first question, we’ll move on to the next one on your list.
IMPORTANT: When I focus on a question, I close my eyes to be free of distractions. It’s important that we both remain silent during this time. If more questions or information come to you while I’m silent, jot them down until I start sharing the answers I’m getting.
If your question involves a limiting belief or an emotional or health issue, you can request energywork to help resolve it. I’m happy to do that too! Just ask.
As you get the hang of how a session goes, future sessions usually flow smoothly and the answers come faster. It just depends on a number of factors, the main one being how open you are to knowing the truth, even if it’s something you may not like to hear. The answers I receive are usually direct and straightforward. If I sense that an answer might be something sensitive to you, I’ll try to ease into it with my responses.

“A long-time friend of mine stopped talking to me a month ago but she won’t tell me why. She won’t answer my texts either. Why is she not communicating with me?”
“My 4-year old daughter has been acting strangely lately. She used to be very out-going but lately she’s been quiet and keeping to herself. I want to make sure she’s OK. What’s going on?”
“My coworker has been snippy with me the last few weeks. It’s really uncomfortable. If I try to ask him about it, he brushes me off. Why has he been so snippy?”
“My girlfriend and I have been together for 2 years. She’s been going through a difficult time right now because ______. How can I best help her through this?”About a past life:
“I keep having this feeling that I was a captain of a ship in a past life, and something went wrong. Is this true?” (Follow-up question could be “Why is this coming to me now?”)
There’s a feeling I’ve had for years about Italy. It’s a positive feeling but it seems like there’s something I need to know or am trying to remember. Have I lived there before? (Follow up questions could be “What town or area did I live?”“What time period was it? “How does this relate to my current life?”)About a health issue:
“What’s causing _____?”
“Why hasn’t it healed after all the methods I’ve tried?”
“Why can’t I lose weight no matter what I do?”

The short answer is No. The future is fluid with many probabilities that are determined by your thoughts, emotions, and choices each moment. However, I can tune into and share with you the strongest probabilities at the time of our conversation. You can ask questions like, “I have 2 new job offers. Are either of them a good fit for me and my _____ (well-being, income needs, etc.)?” or “I’m feeling like I want to move. I’ve been thinking about _____. Do you see me being happy there?”

This happens on occasion at first. This is usually because (a) the question is too broad and needs to be more specific, (b) the client has significant resistance to the answer (or what they imagine it might be), or (c) it’s not time yet on their Soul Path for them to know.
Sometimes in these cases I’ll say “Ask it another way?” and when they do, the answer comes clearly. Or I’ll hear directly “It’s not time for you to know yet.” In that case, you can ask, “Is there anything about this that I can know right now?” or “What needs to happen in order for me to be ready to know?”
Another way in is you can ask, “Why is the answer not coming through?” When I focus on that specific question, answers usually come. And then the bigger picture unfolds leading us to the original answers you’re seeking. This is because a dialog process needs to happen in order to align your mind with the answers, whereas before it wasn’t exactly. You may need to get to a greater level of receptivity maybe.
Keep in mind that if you were totally open to the answer you would probably have realized it already. In other words, something’s hidden from your conscious awareness, and it’s hidden for a reason. It may just be basic fear or self-judgment is in the way. So more Q&A dialog is needed to help you be in the right aligned space for the answers . . . and any resolutions needed for your healing and personal growth. This dialog process alone facilitates shifts. And, I can provide focused energywork facilitation too upon request.
In any case, I’ll do everything I can to assist you in getting the answers and solutions you’re looking for. How we arrive at them is unique to you, the situation you’re asking about, and your Soul Path.

At this time, I do not provide a recording of the session. But you are free to do so. Sessions can be by phone or Zoom. If you want to record, I recommend Zoom (for 15 or 30-minute sessions only) and using the recording app on your phone. If you have a separate recording device, then a phone session will work fine. In any case, be prepared to take notes.
