Refund Policy Physical Products

We hope you enjoy our products! We are a small business dedicated to providing quality, uplifting offerings. Since each item is custom-printed once you order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except for the reasons listed below.

Before submitting your order, read carefully and insure that:

* The measurements in the size chart of the specific clothing item(s) you are interested in matches your fit correctly (or the fit of the person you’re buying it for).

* Your shipping information is correct.

* You item is being shipped to a secure location.

We can offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

* The item was damaged during shipping.

* The item is defective due to a manufacturing error.

* Actual clothing size doesn’t match the measurement chart for that item.

* The item you received is not what you had ordered.

* Your package does not arrive within 7 business days after the delivery date estimate stated in tracking.

How to receive a replacement or refund:

Email us at info@JoyousAwakening.com within 7 days of receiving your package, or by the 3rd day after tracking states it was delivered but you’ve not received it (our shipping company suggests contacting the courier service first USPS, UPS, etc.). State your reason(s), order number, and item name in the email. We will respond within approximately 2 business days with how to proceed for your situation and request.

Our printing and shipping companies handle replacements. In most cases, they require us to send them a photo of the damaged/inaccurate-sized item which we will request from you.

* You will not be required to pay shipping costs of replacements.

Note: Slight color variations may occur. Please know that our printing manufacturers provide the photo images of each item. They present each item’s color and design as accurately as possible. Different computer monitors interpret colors differently. When your ordered item arrives, its colors may appear slightly different from how they did on your monitor. Also, the colors of the same artwork will vary slightly on differently items due to different ink processes on different types of surfaces. Please keep these in mind before purchasing.

Note: Due to the nature of fabric stretching and laundering, the printing on a garment may show wear over time. To extend the life of your garment’s image, we recommend turning the garment inside out, laundering in cold water, and hanging to dry every time. If a dryer is necessary, tumble dry with low heat.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Unfortunately due to common misuse and pirating of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for digital downloads (ebooks, audios, courses, and packages). And once they are downloaded they cannot be “returned.” We encourage customers to thoroughly read the descriptions of the digital products that they’re considering and explore related audio samples on our audio pages below the listed items before purchasing. Follow you Heart’s Guidance as to whether there’s a message or facilitation its wanting you to receive through a product.

We stand by our offerings and know that many people have found them very helpful. We trust your Inner Wisdom has led you to our site for a reason and will indicate if a product or service is right for the next step in your spiritual journey.

Refund Policy for Events

In most cases, each event will have its own refund policy stated in the Frequently Asked Questions segment of that event page. Otherwise all sales are final. If you try out an event and afterwards you feel our work is not in resonance with you, we truly wish you well in finding what you’re looking for.
